Standard Requirements
- Passport, visa, and Emirates ID (EID) card copies
- UAE labor contract
- Salary certificate or income confirmation letter
- Education certificate, attested and legalized by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Six months of personal bank statements
- Title deed for property owners in the UAE

AED 2 million fixed deposit for 2 years; non-breakable in a local bank; bank confirmation letter is required. If the deposit is withdrawn/encashed, the visa will no longer be available (risk of auto cancellation confirmed by immigration)
